The stone cylindrical structure was built in 1902 and reaches a height of 21 metres.
Thanks to the observation platform, which was created at a height of 16 metres, after climbing 76 spiral stairs it offers a view of the Bohemian Central Highlands and the Ore Mountains and the border area.
